Ecominga Foundation's Rio Machay Reserve lies in the valley of the Rio Pastaza in the eastern Andes of Ecuador. The cloud forests there harbor an extraordinary diversity of life. Ecominga (ecominga.com) is a small community-run conservation foundation that manages a number of reserves in that area, thus protecting and studying the incredible life of that region. This video was made from an exploration in March, 2018, led by Lou Jost of Ecominga Foundation. Filming was by Matthew Scott and drone filming was by Lou Jost and Matthew Scott.
